Jim Carr

Jim is a Certified Master Guide, the highest professional distinction given to Guild of Professional Tour Guides of Washington, DC and possessed by only 10% of Guild Members. He is the only Guild Member authorized to give tours of the new Washington Nationals ballpark. He is an active member of the Society of Architectural Historians and has served as a Colonel in the US Army Reserve. Jim has worked as a senior official in the federal government, having worked for eight different federal government agencies as well as state and local government and with international governments and NGOs. He admits he has always had trouble hitting curveballs, hanging and otherwise.
